MILES has been playing games…

for a very long time, but his passion for tabletop RPGs and interactive storytelling is rooted in his experience as a performer and stuntman. Miles’ 8 years of acting and stunt training and years of career after that taught him about character, about storytelling, about reading people, but most importantly it taught him that there is nothing more exhilarating, inspiring, and fun than the honest exchange that happens during improvisation. The games that Miles run sparkle with this unique joy, and Miles is passionate about his player’s interaction in the story and the game itself. In 2017, Miles founded Geeks4Good, an interactive twitch variety charity channel founded on this same principle of exchange, and raised over $14,000 for various charities and non profits including Games to Grow, Paws and Stripes, and Child’s Play.

MILES LOVES GAMES…

I love games for a lot of reasons, but what I love most about them is and always will be sharing with them. The joy of bringing someone into a world that you’ve carefully crafted, and watching the wonder on their face as they find things that resonate with them, intrigue them, or even terrify them. RPGs give me a chance to share my brain, but in a different way than any other art form because in RPGs, my players share back. It’s that exchange that has really bound me to games from the first time I picked up a Dungeons and Dragons Player’s Handbook and made a character in 2004. D&D and other Tabletop RPGs are an improvised exchange of ideas and passion that is fluid and electric. I really hope you’ll join me on an adventure.
